I bet my readers which is you that you've not done this in your life-time! So what is this thing which i thought that my readers did not do it and that the little me has done it!
Betcha you can't and do not know it at all!
Well, i went and did my usual swimming this evening which was after a heavy downpour already, thought it has stopped and hence, decided to continue for my swimming escapade.
However, while swimming half day, it started to rain again and one could see black clouds, lightning strike as well... I told myself to continue and it started to drizzle and pour.
You could not even think but the swimming pool water was still warm and while my head comes up to take a breathe, i could feel the rain drops hitting gently on my botak head. You could not imagine the funny feeling that i got while inside in the water all is calm and transparent but once my head comes out of the water, you could see soft splashes that the rain has created falling from the heavens.
A nice and calm feeling followed by anxiety on whether the lifeguard will any time ask the swimmers to come up out of the water. But not at all! I could lesser and lesser swimmers swimming in the pool and its like deserted and you are all alone that kind of feeling inside you.
But heck, its a nice feeling of having the whole pool to yourself, what joy and relief, don't have to fight over your swimming directions, just continue to swim and swim and not hitting someone whom is coming from the opposite direction. Nice.......

Come Wednesday - 8th JUL, we will be celebrating his leaving the company and having a bowl of a good time together - KTVing....LOL
I organised this little funfare, after work, we all gonna adjorn to the KTV pub just nearby us and is offering at $10 only. Total bill for singing from 7pm till midnight is only $11.70 per person with free flow of drinks - i think and you can bring in your own food as well! Cheap and good, where to find?
Apply for no pay leave on the following day and arrange for a couple of frens out and have fun! Swimming follow by makan session and lastly a movie together....how nice and fun....LOL
Looking forward to it!
-----------------
Finally, i knew that i was not able to go for my little fam trip down to Phuket and Krabi this time round. But on the good side is that i get to save up my money during this horrible crisis where i have cut pay plus no pay leave all coming together for the month of JUL09. This is one month which i will never forget, but luckily, i still have a little bit of savings and plus the part-time job that i did, i think will be able to tide over this month.
Disappointed in not able to go but happy that i could save some money back.....
Xoxo.......

Rosy Business TVB Show
I'm presently catching this TVB - Rosy Business serial show which i've managed to copy from my fren.
Now into espisode 11, where 4th lady is trapped in between whether to harvest the paddy fields or use the brilliant idea of her eldest son borne of the 1st lady. His idea was to get as much chickens to come and feed on the grasshoppers which feeds on crops and is a natural diaster in those days and is a nightmare to those towns and villages as when these grasshoppers fly by, everything is destroyed or eaten to the last bit. Hence, famine will then arrive and the villagers or towns will suffer.
Lastly, Ms 4th lady decided to use her wits and employ her strategy of harvesting the crops early before they are ripe which is around 80% only with helps from her then promoted Chai Kai. Chai Kai Ko led his gang to help harvest the crops and withstand the opposition of the eldest son's strike.
Hmmm, i'm really addicted to this show, altogether 25 episode, this rate, i will finish in no time....:)

Taiwan, Naruwan
My fren just came back from Taiwan again....meaning to say that this is her numerous times she has been up there.
She can be so familiar with the place that i actually kind of envy her..:)
Hmmmm, maybe, i should stop going to Thailand that often but switch to Taiwan instead...Naruwan...hahaha
Above is her picture collection that she took, i ask her to sent me a copy so that i can upload it here for you readers to see.
So tranquil and peaceful with those scarecrows in the wheat field, never actually seen one until now and some more from picture not in real life....
Must make a point to visit Taiwan in future...

My desired trip to Phuket, i hope to come true
Dear Diary
Somehow, when one tries so hard to hook up a plan, it will suddenly blows apart, i don't know whether you know what i'm talking about or you are also a victim to this inevitable situation yourself!
By luck, i was selected to be going on a fam trip this coming JUL which will happen on the Thursday of next week. I was elated and glad that i was finally able to fly to this destination for the longest time.
This time round, our destination was Phuket and Krabi flying by Air Asia. We will land in Phuket and head on to Krabi which is around 2hrs drive. I have never been to Phuket before but have been to Krabi before the Tsunami strike.
However, i am now facing a dilema. My co-worker has just tendered her resignation to the company. I was pretty shock and when i finally got over the shock i found out that her last day was actually the day that i would be flying off.
Hence, i received notice from my boss today that i might need to cancel my trip as there will not be anyone around in my department if she leaves the company.
I'm crossing my finger that some miracle will happen and that everything will turn out fine and i will be able to go for my trip.....*crossing my fingers and toes too* hahahah...........
Okay......Just my sensible ramblings....

I'm a Japanese and Korean Drama Addict
I'm re-catching or should i say re-kindling my luv for Japanese dramas again. And this time round, i think i'm glued to "He's my Boyfriend, absolutely".
Riiko Izawa is really a cute and innocent lady and if i have a gal friend like her, i will feel very blissful and happy. She cooks and maintains the household well, any guy will just fall in luv with her but in this drama, she is being dumped by all her ex-boyfriends.
I will not explain the whole affair here in this blog of mine, but just tune in every friday at Channel U at 11.30pm and you can get the juicy drama from there. However, it ends like 1.30am in the wee morning and hence, i'm really dead tired whilst writing this post this morning...:)
I discover from Wikipedia.org that this drama also have a manga series that one can follow, and i think it will be a full plot of what the manga author intended it to be. I think i will not venture into that area coz now i'm trying to save up any pennies for some unpredicted rainy days ahead of me. But if you do have pennies to spare, then by all means go and pursue it...lol
Lastly, i'm happy that every friday nite, i can catch this Japanese drama and every saturday nite, i can catch the Korean drama - F4, boys over flowers. I'm officially a Jap and Kor Drama addict. ..WOOHOOO....
Xoxo..........
PS - I will try not to upload any other pix or material unless i get explicit permission from them and i hope my readers do the same (although, i would really like to have the pixs of the above Japanese drama pasted in this post). Respect each others property...

Registration Begins for YOG
On the day of Registration, we were given Passport booklets to complete a cycle of booths before we eventually end the whole affair.
Basically, started by registering and giving our email and contacts to the organisers. Training will start in SEP09 but before that, they will then set up criterias, matching of profiles and etc so that each individual volunteer will be matched accordingly and with the best skill sets available during the Youth Olympic Games which will be held next year.
My friend and i was really excited to be part of their events here and hopefully, we can each find ourselves a department where our skills are met during the YOG 2010. As this is only a awareness programme + registration hence, there are no matching of skill sets yet during today's event, just play and have fun, i think its the motto of today's event held at the Expo.
Remember the passport i was telling you guys earlier on, you can see it from the first picture which i attached below with my photo too. These are all sponsored by YOG and what is really neat about it is that you get to have two photos, one to be pasted on the Pillar of Volunteers and the other one you get to keep it as a souvenir. My slogan which i chose is "Lets Do it", we were kidding amongst ourselves its like a Nike commercial, but its in the name of FUN....
During the whole afternoon event, everyone is given a pack of snacks plus drinks to quench your hunger and thirst while you complete your passport given to you upon registration. We waited quite a while for our photos to be developed and pasted onto the pillars here.
While completing the passport, we met up with the purple coloured T-shirt management staffs which were very friendly and cooperative as well. As one of the passport requirements were to get them to autograph on your passport and hence complete the whole cycle indicated in the passport.
There were games, stage shows and plenty more to entertain everyone there and lastly, goodie bags were given to participants as well, but me and my friend did not wait for our turn to get the goodie bag, as there were already a snake or queue just waiting to get the goodie bag.....:)
We left the event quite satisfied and glad that we can participate in this national event and hopefully, we can serve further as a volunteer in our respective capacity during the Youth Olympic Games 2010 to be held here in Singapore.
Till then....YOG....:)
PS - can't wait for the training and fun to begin...................
