My new Camera - Olympus Stylus Tough 8010

I think this camera is everything for me to die for, i mean to want for.

My Panasonic Point and Shoot Camera began to have a shutter clicking sound when you press the shutter and so since i was at the Suntec Convention, i thought of looking at the new range of cameras that are available at the IT Show.

I must say it never struck me to purchase a Olympus Camera before, but i knew that this brand produces some of the good cameras that is around and i have a few friends whom are using their brand too and i knew that i would surely pay them a visit this time round.

And sure to my promise, i was at their booth and to my surprise, i was quite attracted to this series of Stylus Tough. Olympus Stylus Tough 8010 has that nice white metallic touch and feel that makes you want to own this baby. This is a very tough camera meaning that i can bring it outdoors and not afraid that it will be spoilt so easily.

With their special technology, this camera can go underwater of 10m. Shockproof of 6.6ft and Crushproo, and some more Freezeproof as well..... so many proof rite?

But lastly, i like this High Definition Video mode with only just a button away, not only can i take pictures with this powerful camera but record HD video with it as well.... Seems like everything under one roof rite?

On top, i posted a movie of my dogs - Yuki and Cola this morning playing with their Red Ball, crystal clear and high definition video really rock..........

I'm gonna bring this baby everywhere i go from now on.........:P

Lost Souls Movie by PPS

I picked this movie from PPS again...Lolz coz i was really addicted to this online media stream that was showing different categories of movies up to your personal choice, hence if you are in for a scare, you may opt for a ghost movie or if you are in a mood for some romance, then hop onto their love movies for a change.

It is very interesting that PPS holds so much different movie categories that one can be spoilt for choices. And i was in the mood for a scary movie and chose this movie entitled "Lost Souls", directed by Janusz Kaminski with Winora Ryder, Ben Chaplin and Sarah Wynter.

I must admit that at some point of the movie, its quite scary. Plot is about Satan trying to become man in the flesh, our heroine Winora aka Maya tries to stop this plot of Satan whom is gonna posses this man's body - Peter Kelson aka Ben Chaplin.

The good guys always wins and Peter Kelson has to sacrifice himself and was killed by the bullet from Maya's hands. I got a fair portion of scare to myself and i believe you'll get yours too if you watch this movie.

Wow, this movie was released in the year 2000 and now it is 2010, hence a good 10 years ago....didn't know such movie existed but it was a nice movie getaway for myself...

Beautiful Thai Boxer

Thanks to PPS, i was able to watch this entitled "Beautiful Boxer" Thai Movie.

Talks about a boy to a teenager to a grown up man whom aspires to become a woman and fights his way in the arena of the Thai Boxing game..

Born in a poor family in the province of Chiangmai, he has to earn money to support his family in the rural area that time. He first set his eyes on the performance of a artist on stage and thus decided in his life that he wants to be that kind of person.

Although dad opposes his son to becoming such a person in life, both mum and dad decided that it was his past karma that led him to suffer in this life which was the teaching in the Buddhist theology.

This scene of his younger days really moved me, and i could vividly remember that he was caned by the elder monk for breaking one of the temple rules of going to the secular world to earn some money where it is not supposed to be while you are a monk.

Till the day, he grew up, he has to let go of his boxing career as he undergoes the surgery to become a woman. I admire his strength and courage to become a woman, i guess that was his choice and it was based on a true story of such a person in life.

May this person in real life, be happy and find the things that she can be contented with and i think she indeed has, found her real self when he became a woman....

Twilight : New Moon

Guess wat? I watched Twilight : New Moon yesterday night, and i must say that it was good!

If you haven't watched it, please go and get the DVD and watched it, i think it should be out in the store, or better not, watched it on PPS....woohoo........i did.....:)

Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief

Hey, i went and watched this movie : Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. Very interesting Greek Mythology roundabouts where it kinda of tells you about the history of Greek legends, how the then Greek Gods came down slept with mortals and had children with them, thus becoming demi-gods.

Percy Jackson aka Logan Lerman was the child of the Sea God and it happened that the lightning bolt, a weapon used by Zeus was stolen by Luke, another demi-god child and the story begans.

The movie was produced by The maker of Chamber of Secrets and so on....and its really worth the money paid to see this movie for those movie effects to come alive.

If you know your Greek Mythology well, then head down and watch this movie....

Twilight Movie on PPS

I saw this movie : Twilight by Robert Pattinson aka Edward Cullens and Kristen Steward aka bella. A star-studded love between the human and the vampire. Little did i know that Robert Pattinson was actually Cedric Diggory in the famous movie : The goblet of fire in the Harry Potter Movie when i was browsing thru' the Youtube calling out the name Robert Pattinson.

He was a real charm for his age back then acting Cedric Diggory, but was killed by Voldemort but this movie was his to act in full together with Kristen Steward. I was feeling a bit bored yesterday nite watching from my PPS, which i must say a big thank you to the people out there whom has made PPS available for net citizens like me...Hurray and a big thumbs-up for a good job and well-done. And so if you are not on PPS then its high time you do so.....:)

Well a bit of side tracking there.....

But honestly, the past me would not have paid to watch this movie : Twilight. I really thought that it sucks big time but after watching it, i was really hoping to see the next episode : The full moon or something where i think Bella would have to choose between a werewolf and a vampire, i think thats gonna be very exciting. Really don't know what attracted me to watch this movie, maybe becoz of boredoom but i'm really very very happy to see this movie on PPS. I hope the next episode will be aired quickly on PPS...:)

I must stay that the movie is a bit slow but full of romance, from the time Bella meets Edward till the time where Bella was bitten by James, the bad vampire tracker. I really thought that when James bit Bella's hand, the venom will enter her and made her a living immortal, a blood thirsty monster. But guess what, she didn't, coz Edward sucks out the venom and she is back to her human state. Hmmmmmmm, what a let-down, i guess, if its not done that way, there will not be any after episodes rite?

I must mention Jacob Black aka Taylor Lautner, really a upcoming star, just love his gorgeous teeth.... hope i had such gorgeous white perfect teeth....maybe thats why he was picked to be the werewolf persona....

I saw the trailer and i think both Jacob and Edward is gonna fight out and see who wins the hand of Bella here in the new episode : New Moon.
