Okay, enough of my own silly bag/luggage encounter. I'm glad all is safe and well...:D
Before i left Singapore on last wednesday, i actually bought some insurance from AIG, which is a very comprehensive travel protection coverage. It cost me around $20 over dollars as i was a staff of a travel agency and hence a cheaper rate for me.
Actually, frankly speaking whenever i go to Bangkok, i didn't bother about getting myself any travel insurance, coz' i know that its a rather safe place to travel in. But since the last episode of their political strife and happenings around the capital, i decided to purchase one just in case!
But lo and behold, the situation there was really in good control and only a very small part of the area was used by the protestants and there are even Thai entrepreneurs selling souvenirs like t-shirts and etc as well...:D
I was indeed very lucky as my operator had everything covered for me. He even sent his driver to accompany me throughout my stay in Pattaya as well, although he really cannot speak good english, but we managed to get along pretty well. His name is Mr Rung and he gave me his HP just in case i needed to contact him too. He already has three kids, his wife is in a store selling fishing rods to customers and his mum is tending her own store in Bangkok town.

He brought me to many places for shopping and even brought me to the top of Pattaya to view the beautiful night scene of Pattaya. I didn't managed to get alot of things in Pattaya coz' its really full of sleazy bars, from small to medium to large ones in town. All those bars contain men whom are either seeking for one night stand or a night out drinking booze and enjoying the companies of those bar gals.
Those weren't exactly how i pictured Pattaya to be but at least i've been there and i will be able to brief my counter staff about the situation in Pattaya as well!
