I've never thought that i myself will be able to witness such event in my whole life which means it can be a cultural shock to me while traveling in Shanghai.

Have you ever thought that, if you are unable to find yourself a spouse, your parents will help you to look for one. In the older days, my parents were treated the same way.

My mum told us that my dad was not able to find a wife for himself, hence both my dad and mum was introduced to each other thru' a matchmaking service available then.

Now both of them are happily married with each other and i guess the real dating starts then and there.

Moving on to modern age today, will you allow yourself to choose matchmaking? For me, i really don't know yet? I'm already coming to 40 years of age and haven't got a girlfriend yet, hence even i want, maybe the other party also don't want a old man...lolz

I don't mind a single life, i can choose things to do of my own liking and many other things to do too. So when i was in Shanghai, we came to this park in the central area and saw this group of uncle and aunties in groups discussing and talking among themselves.

On closer look, we saw notices hanging on the fences, on the branches as well. They are actually, notices to tell other parties, that they are looking for spouses, their personal particulars, age, weight, etc....

Something new, at least, you take your time to choose, rite?
