CNY randoms...

At last, its the finale for my ever non-stop travel fair for the year of 2009 if you are following the chinese calendar here...:)

For the past 2 days, we see alot of people doing their shopping and also enquiring from us on their travel plans but few booked with us.

I witness a freelancer whom brought a family of 6 to her place and later closing a deal of 35 pax in total to Korea. WOW......, all those full-timers got to salivate till flood in seeing such a number that she manages to close for us. Well done...

Anyway, for us at the free and easy side, not much customers, probably all waiting for CNY to come and enjoy first la. I guess not everyone will have so much money to spend for a holiday and also for CNY itself.

Talking about CNY, when i pass by Sheng Siong Supermarket down at Chin Swee area, they didn't put up big tents this time instead made do with whatever spaces that they have outside their premises to sell those CNY stuffs like plants, flowers, etc.

I guess from this i know that the economy still hasn't recovered fully, even the supermarket chains here feel the pressure and need to re-adjust their marketing and sales technique to survive, hmmmmmm, i guess the one whom survives wins...:)

I heard these few days will get our salary, this only happens during CNY period, i'm crossing my fingers and legs and hope that we will get our BONUS.....this year....lol....:)
