Beautiful Thai Boxer

Thanks to PPS, i was able to watch this entitled "Beautiful Boxer" Thai Movie.

Talks about a boy to a teenager to a grown up man whom aspires to become a woman and fights his way in the arena of the Thai Boxing game..

Born in a poor family in the province of Chiangmai, he has to earn money to support his family in the rural area that time. He first set his eyes on the performance of a artist on stage and thus decided in his life that he wants to be that kind of person.

Although dad opposes his son to becoming such a person in life, both mum and dad decided that it was his past karma that led him to suffer in this life which was the teaching in the Buddhist theology.

This scene of his younger days really moved me, and i could vividly remember that he was caned by the elder monk for breaking one of the temple rules of going to the secular world to earn some money where it is not supposed to be while you are a monk.

Till the day, he grew up, he has to let go of his boxing career as he undergoes the surgery to become a woman. I admire his strength and courage to become a woman, i guess that was his choice and it was based on a true story of such a person in life.

May this person in real life, be happy and find the things that she can be contented with and i think she indeed has, found her real self when he became a woman....
